  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@amore-jewellery.com. We will assist you with the exchange process, and we will send you a return form.

  5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged during shipment.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mai-jewellery.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

  7. Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable.

  8. Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  9. Orders can not be canceled once the shipping process has been started. The return process can only be initiated after the product has been received.
